"One Inch Wonder” is a winning moments promotion where customers have the chance to win a one-inch, golden girder made of 18 carat solid gold by purchasing selected promotional packs of IRN-BRU. Additional prizes include 18-carat gold-plated keyrings and 18 carat gold plated charms, as well as free product vouchers worth £1.55 – £ 1.90 base on the retailer selected ( Redeemable at Tesco, Morrison’s, Sainsbury’s ASDA and CO-OP).

Purchase any qualifying product of IRN-BRU Regular, Sugar-Free or XTRA (Please retain receipt). Scan a promotional QR code or text “GIRDER” to 66777 and click the link in the response text, or visit irnbruwingold.com and complete the online form with your details (full name, email address, UK address, and mobile number and enter the batch code/ barcode) and click Submit. You will receive a one-time password on the phone number you have submitted; enter the one-time password into the pop-up to confirm your entry.

The promotional period will run from 3rd March 2025 - 29th April 2025

There are 5054 randomly allocated prizes available to win throughout the promotional period.

Tier 1: IRN-BRU 18-carat solid gold - one inch wonder (x4)

Tier 2: IRN-BRU 18-carat gold-plated keyrings (x400) and IRN-BRU 18-carat gold-plated charms (x400)

Tier 3: Digital vouchers for one free IRN-BRU product worth £1.55 – £ 1.90 redeemable at Tesco, Asda, Morrisons, Sainsbury’s and Co-op (x4250)

The free product voucher can be activated between 03/03/25 and 06/05/25 and will be valid for 30 minutes in the respective retail store to redeem.

All major and participating supermarkets and convenience stores.

Once you have submitted an entry, the website page will immediately inform you whether they or not you are a winner. If you win, the details of the prize will be disclosed immediately.

Winners will be sent a notification via text to the phone number provided on entry.

We will arrange for delivery of Prizes to the winners using tracked delivery to the UK address provided on entry within 28 days of the date of the winner confirming their contact details for prize delivery.

Maximum 1 entry per device per day during the Promotional Period. No household (defined as persons living at the same address) may win more than 4 Prizes.

Please read these terms and conditions of entry carefully. By submitting an entry to this promotion, you are deemed to have read and accepted them

PROMOTER: A.G. BARR p.l.c., a company registered in Scotland with company number SC005653, and having its registered office at Westfield House, 4 Mollins Road, Cumbernauld, G68 9HD (the “Promoter”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD: promotion opens at 00:01 on 3 March 2025 and closes at 23:59 on 29 April 2025 (inclusive) (the “Promotional Period”).
ELIGIBILITY:
1. The promotion is open to legal residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over only, excluding (i) our employees, (ii) our agents and (iii) anyone professionally connected with the promotion, and (iv) the immediate family members of (i), (ii) and (iii).
2. Qualifying Product purchase is necessary (see condition 4 for details). Please retain an itemised receipt that states the time and date of the Qualifying Product purchase prior to entry, but within the Promotional Period, as this may be required for validation and in order for a winner to receive their prize.
3. Device with QR scanning capabilities and internet access required. A valid email address and mobile number is also required to enter. Normal exclusions apply. Any entries received before or after the Promotional Period will not be valid and will not be entered into this promotion.
4. Maximum one entry per person per day is permitted during the Promotional Period. Repeated entries on the same person on the same day will be disregarded at the Promoter’s sole discretion.
5. We will have no responsibility for, and will not accept, any entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, illegible, damaged or corrupted (including as a result of postal delays, technical issues with your mobile, tablet, computer or connectivity, or technical issues with our website).

TO ENTER:
To enter during the Promotional Period you must:
1. purchase a Qualifying Product;
2. access the entry form by:
3. complete the pop-up / online entry form with the required details (including your full name, email address, mobile number, the batch code and barcode of your purchased Qualifying Product); and
4. submit the completed form.
Promotional QR codes can be found on point-of-sale material in a number of retailer stores; shared on IRN-BRU’s social media sites; IRN-BRU out-of-home promotional sites; and on shopper facing websites and social media Platforms.
Any entries received before or after the Promotional Period will not be valid and will not be entered into this promotion. Maximum 1 entry per person per day during the Promotional Period. No household (defined as persons living at the same address) may win more than 4 prizes throughout the Promotional Period.
PRIZES: Throughout the Promotional Period, there are 5,054 prizes in total available to be won, with each prize to be randomly allocated to winners. Each winner will be randomly allocated to receive one of the following prizes:
1. 1 x solid gold, approximately one inch high (or larger), 18 carat golden girder embossed with the IRN-BRU logo (known as a “One Inch Wonder” or a “Golden Girder”).
  A Golden Girder is valued at approximately £10,000 based upon 178 grams of gold at a rate of £56.31 on 13/02/2025 if the item was to be re-sold at open market rates for 18 carat gold.
  
  One Golden Girder will be available to win every two weeks over the 8-week Promotional Period, determined by open winning moments (with 4 Golden Girders in total available to be won throughout the Promotional Period).
2. An Irn-Bru branded 40mm metal keyring in the shape of a girder, plated with antique fake gold. 400 metal keyrings to be won;
3. An Irn-Bru branded 30mm necklace charm in the shape of a girder, plated with antique fake gold (metal chain not included). 400 necklace charms to be won; OR
4. A digital voucher for a free 330ml can or 500ml bottle of Irn-Bru. 4250 digital vouchers to be won.
If randomly allocated a digital voucher as a prize, the winner will receive a voucher for one of the following retailers, based on their selection at the time of entry:
- Tesco PLC
- Sainsburys PLC
- Morrisons Ltd
- Asda Stores Limited
- Coop Group Ltd.
Please note that the value of the digital voucher may vary depending on the retailer.

All vouchers won will be valid at the selected retailer between 00:01 on 03 March 2025 to 23:59 on 13 May 2025 (inclusive).
We reserve the right to substitute any prize (or an individual aspect of a prize) for an alternative of equal or greater value where we deem it strictly necessary due to events outside our reasonable control. Winners may not transfer the right to accept their prize to another person without our consent. We will not offer cash alternatives to any prizes. Prizes are not negotiable. If the prize is a voucher, then use will be subject to voucher’s terms and conditions as listed on the voucher.
WINNER SELECTION, NOTIFICATION AND DELIVERY
1. All entrants will be notified instantly on-screen upon entry submission if they have won a prize.
2. Winners will be selected by pre-determined open “winning moments” which are specific times during the Promotional Period when a prize can be won. The winning moments have been randomly selected by a secure, independently verified computer programme, and allocated throughout the Promotional Period.
3. Winning moments for a Golden Girder will be seeded on a bi-weekly basis such that one Golden Girder can be won every two weeks in the span of the 8-week Promotional Period. The remainder of the winning moments for all other prizes will be seeded randomly
4. When an individual submits their entry to the promotion, the algorithm will search for an open winning moment timestamp. 5,054 winning moments have been randomly allocated across the Promotional Period. The first person to submit a valid entry on or after each of these winning moment times will win 1 x randomly allocated prize (see condition 7 for prize details). If no valid entry is received between one winning moment and the next, the prize from that winning moment will roll over to the next winning moment and be available to be won then.
5. Please note that all 5,054 prizes are available, but not all may be won if not claimed.
6. As well as instant notification on-screen, winners will be sent a notification via text to the mobile phone number provided on entry. The notification message will confirm that the winner has won a prize and confirm the details of that prize. We will deliver digital voucher prizes to the winners by email to the email address provided on entry and, if it’s a physical prize, we will ask for the winners UK address to arrange for delivery of prizes to the winners using tracked delivery within 30 days of the date of winner notification.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for failed delivery due to provision of incorrect contact details. Any prize that is returned undelivered will be assumed unwanted.

The winners’ surnames and counties will be obtainable only by sending a stamped addressed envelope request to: Shopper Marketing Manager (IRN-BRU Golden Girder 03 Mar - 29 Apr 2025), A.G. BARR p.l.c., 2nd Floor, Mansell House, Aspinall Close, Middlebrook, Horwich, Bolton, BL6 6QQ, within 3 months of the closing date. The winner may request that their surname and county are not published or request for the amount of information being published to be reduced by contacting the Promoter at the address above. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on reasonable request.
You must submit your own entry. Entrants who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion. Bulk, trade, group or third party entries will not be accepted. Entries submitted using automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that enable a person to enter repeatedly will not be accepted. The entry must be made directly by the person entering the promotion. Only genuine valid entries will be considered. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this or any other condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified, and any prize award will be void.
We may carry out verification checks to confirm your eligibility to enter (including requesting proof of ID (e.g. a current passport or driver’s licence) or proof of address (e.g. a recent utility bill)).
Winners are responsible for any tax liability they incur as a result of accepting a prize. Winners are encouraged to seek independent financial advice before accepting a prize if the tax implications concern them.
In the event of suspicious activity, the Promoter reserves the right to request and gather information or obtain further evidence to confirm the legitimacy of the entry/win. We reserve the right to disqualify you if you fail our verification checks or we reasonably believe that you have: (i) breached any of the promotion terms; (ii) cheated or jeopardised the operation or integrity of the promotion; or (iii) gained an unfair advantage or won using fraudulent, dishonest, or unfair methods.
We reserve the right to suspend, vary or cancel a promotion where we deem it strictly necessary due to events outside our reasonable control (including where technical issues are affecting the proper running of the promotion or where we suspect fraud). In these circumstances, we will do all we can to minimise any disappointment.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable to you for any loss, injury or damage which: (i) you suffer by entering a promotion; or (ii) you suffer in the enjoyment of any prize. However, nothing will exclude or limit our liability in respect of personal injury or death caused by our negligence or for any fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation committed by us.
Sometimes, through reasons outside of the Promoter’s control, the website / microsite (as with any website / microsite) may not be accessible. The Promoter cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the website / microsite. No responsibility will be accepted for any difficulties in entering, claiming or any entries/claims delayed or corrupted. The Promoter will have no liability for any loss arising out of such an event.
The Promoter may request that the winners participate in publicity arising from the promotion, including taking part in promotional videos and/or photoshoots to be shared via the Promoter’s social media channels. Participation in any such publicity is at the winners’ discretion and is not a condition of enjoying the prize.
At the point you enter this promotion, we’ll give you the option to consent to us using the email address you submit for marketing and promotional purposes. If you give us your consent, we may send you marketing and promotional emails about IRN-BRU from time to time. If you wish to subsequently withdraw your consent, you can do that by emailing us at dataprotection@agbarr.co.uk, or by clicking the unsubscribe link in any of the marketing or promotional emails we send you.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered or associated with any other parties, including but not limited to any supermarkets, retail stores etc. By entering, entrants agree to release any and all of the non-affiliated parties from any and all liability in connection with the promotion.
Our decision in relation to all matters relating to our promotions will be final.
Each of the promotion terms is separate from the others. This means that if any promotion term is held to be invalid then it will be deleted but the remaining promotion terms will continue to apply.
If there is a discrepancy between these promotion terms and those in any promotional material, these promotion terms will prevail.
